Information
A rarely windsurfed location and definately not one for beginners. To find it head from Barry towards Lavernock and then follow the signs for the beach. It is possible to sail here, but it can get very rough and suffer badly from strong currents. People have sailed to Sully Island from here, but many have had to be rescued. The best conditions are in E and NE winds. Parking is available at the 'Captains Wife' pub.
